Priscilla's Pantry offers artfully prepared coffee drinks and a unique approach to eating on-the-go.
The food part of our concept was born from a personal frustration with the limited choices for healthy quick meal solutions. Priscilla is a working mom and found eating well with a busy schedule was a challenge. She discovered mason jar salads and started preparing them for herself and a few friends. Before long, she found a commercial kitchen space to rent on the weekends and started taking orders online and delivering locally.
The Pantry opened in June 2015 after Priscilla left her corporate job in insurance.
In August, a kitchen build-out was completed and we were up and running with everything on-site.
Early 2016 brought two fun local charity chowder and chili competition wins with John-Paul at the 'helm'.
In April 2016, we added full espresso/coffee capabilites and Priscilla returned to her roots as a barista which was her first job while growing up outside Seattle.
We love the local feel of Liberty Corner and the customers who have offered their feedback and support as we evolve.
